Kulturlabor Trial & Error -Manifest 2.0

November 2019

We are a community of thinkers and doers with diverse cultural, social and economical backgrounds, that have met while exploring and creating alternatives to capitalistic structures in a solidaric, resilient, non-commercial, self-made and sustainable way.

We are critical towards the ways we eat, dress, work, interact, create and simply live, yet we aim to repair and heal the broken rather than destroy and build from scratch. We share and stand for the values of creativity, innovation, equity, community, self-sufficiency, sharing, empowering, learning, caring, solidarity and ecological awareness.

We are striving towards a society, built upon these shared values dealing with people, resources and environment respectfully and openly.

We keep, cultivate and re:create patterns, rituals and knowledge, that serves the community, whilst deconstructing  the ones that exclude, harm, exploit or neglect. We are individuals, aware of and valuing our differences.

Together we aim to accumulate knowledge and skills to share them freely for the benefit of commons. We are inspired by concepts of degrowth, solidarity - circular economics, non-formal education, critical thinking, zero waste, DIY, upcycling, permaculture and organizational learning. We are not afraid to make mistakes, or change our opinions, we are experimenting and learning from our mistakes.

We believe in and appreciate every contribution, as long as in line with our values.
