LastenLabor is a project for makers and sharers : Starting September 20th we will hold weekly workshops until December, to collectively learn how to build cargo bikes from scratch. Not only their structures, but as well their style and Pop-Up features, aimed at supporting our community's future activities in public spaces, are being co-planned in the framework of our workshops. The building courses will be guided by our experienced friends from Werkstatt-Lastenrad Berlin. During our first two get-to-know sessions, 30th August and 2nd September, we have formed working groups for selecting the models we want: we want to build one Long John, one three-wheeled Christiania Bike and one Carla Cargo, a flexible trailer combinable with both bikes. Now we are ordering the basic materials and on the 20th of September we will start building together! Due to the very practical nature of the workshops, places are limited. Write us an e-mail at email@example.com if you are interested to join, putting "LastenLabor" as an object to your message. Cargo bikes for the win!
We appreciate one-time donations and can also issue the receipts for tax-deduction. //
Wir freuen uns über einmalige Spenden und können auch die Spendenquittungen ausstellen.
